How I Work

A practical five-step delivery rhythm

This is the operating rhythm I use to keep execution clear, measurable, and adaptable as priorities evolve.

Step1

Diagnose, Don't Assume

We start with a structured discovery. I talk to your team, review your artifacts — roadmaps, retros, backlogs, Slack dynamics — and build an honest picture of what's actually happening, not what the deck says. I've seen enough broken programs to know the real problem is usually three layers below the stated one.

Step2

Align on What Done Looks Like

Define outcomes before we ship anything. What does success look like in 90 days, and how will we know we hit it? We lock that target with your team and leadership so execution stays pointed at the same goal.

Step3

Execute, Adapt, Unblock

Hands-on execution that keeps momentum. I'm embedded in the work — building the thing, clearing blockers, and adapting when priorities shift. Whether that means partnering with your team or driving delivery myself, the goal is the same: keep shipping toward the outcomes we set.

Step4

Measure, Report, and Refine

Track outcomes, not vanity metrics. I report up clearly so stakeholders see the same picture. When something isn't working, we adjust. By the time we're ready to hand off, there's a clear record of what changed and how to sustain it.

Step5

Enable Ownership

Your team leaves ready to own it. Before we wrap, we build the playbooks, train the leads, and document the systems. That's been the goal since day one. I'm an IBM Certified Mentor — this is the part I take most seriously.
